Diamante Cabo San Lucas
Fifteen hundred acres on the Pacific with four Tiger Woods and Davis Love golf holes' worth of reputation, a ten-acre swimmable lagoon, and a beach you walk on rather than swim from.
Community story
The setting and its character
Diamante Cabo San Lucas is an uncompromising golf-first master community. Founded in 2009 by Ken Jowdy and developed through Legacy Properties, it occupies roughly 1,500 acres and a mile and a half of Pacific beachfront six miles northwest of downtown Cabo San Lucas.
The community established its global profile through premier golf architecture. The Davis Love III Dunes Course opened in 2009 and earned Top 100 world rankings. Tiger Woods followed with El Cardonal (his first completed course design and host of the PGA Tour World Wide Technology Championship), The Oasis 12-hole par-three course, a 15-hole putting course, and the ultra-private Legacy Course.

Because the open Pacific Ocean on this coast is non-swimmable due to steep shelves and powerful shorebreaks, Diamante engineered a 10-acre saltwater Crystal Lagoon. Surrounded by white sand beaches, cabanas, and swim-up bars, the lagoon provides complete, safe water recreation inside the gates.
For dedicated golfers and resort-lifestyle buyers, Diamante delivers an all-inclusive enclave environment. The CaboForSale team helps clients evaluate the distinct membership tiers, HOA schedules, and residential enclaves across the development.
