Rancho San Lucas, Los Cabos
Rancho San Lucas is a Solmar Group master-planned community on the Pacific coast just north of Cabo San Lucas. It covers about 834 acres with roughly 1.2 miles of Pacific beachfront, and is anchored by a Greg Norman Signature golf course that opened in February 2020, with five holes running along the beach.
There are three residential enclaves. The Villas is the largest and most active, with finished homes and building lots. Golf Villas offers condominiums fronting the course, a simple lock-and-leave way in. Norman Estates is the custom-homesite enclave, where you buy the land on the course and build.
Two resorts sit inside the community, Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas and Grand Solmar Pacific Dunes, with spas, restaurants and a large saltwater lagoon. The Pacific here is for walking, riding and whale watching, not swimming: owners swim in the pools and the lagoon. Downtown Cabo San Lucas is about 20 minutes away and Los Cabos International Airport about 40 minutes.
