Rolling Hills, Los Cabos
Rolling Hills is a gated hillside community on the Pacific side of Los Cabos, about ten minutes northwest of Cabo San Lucas along the highway to Todos Santos. It is not a beachfront development, but the ocean is the view from most of the community.
The big draw is space. Homesites are large by local standards, many over 1,500 square metres, and most homes are single-level, ranch-style houses rather than stacked condos. Winding streets such as Blvd Cabo Hills, Monte Everest and Monte McKinley follow the slope, so homes have room and privacy.
The community has a staffed gate with round-the-clock security, a modest HOA, and pickleball and tennis courts. Club Polo Cabo sits inside the development, with a polo field, stables and riding trails along the coast. In winter, whales pass close enough to watch from the terrace.
Rolling Hills is not a golf community; the nearest course is Rancho San Lucas, a few minutes further up the same road. Groceries, pharmacies and hospitals are a short drive back toward town.
